1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of pacificvistaresort.com and any booking made through it or directly with Pacific Vista Resort, 33 William Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia. By using this site or confirming a reservation you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you have authority to accept on their behalf.

2. Using this site

The site provides information about the resort and a means to make enquiries and reservations. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false information or bookings, and no use that violates applicable law. All content (text, imagery, marks) is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Bookings, rates & payment

Rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST. A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation number. We may require a deposit or card guarantee at the time of booking; the amount and deadline are shown in the rate terms before you confirm. Prepaid packages are charged in full at booking. Incidental charges (dining, spa, gaming credit) are settled at checkout.

Published rates may change until a booking is confirmed — a confirmed rate is never repriced. Promotional rates carry the conditions stated in the offer; where conditions conflict, the offer terms prevail for that booking.

4. Check-in, occupancy & conduct

Standard check-in is 3 PM and checkout 11 AM unless your rate states otherwise. Guests must be 18+ to check in unaccompanied. Room occupancy may not exceed the stated capacity without prior approval. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas (a cleaning fee applies); pets up to 12 kg are permitted on designated floors by prior arrangement.

We may refuse service or cancel a booking where a guest breaches these terms, the house rules or applicable law.

5. Cancellation & amendments

Cancellation terms are stated in your rate: flexible rates typically allow free cancellation until 2 PM local time the day before arrival; prepaid rates are non-refundable. 6. Gaming

Gaming areas are restricted to persons 18+ and governed by the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld), the rules of each game as approved by the regulator, and our house rules displayed at the entrance. Entry may be refused or removed by law or management discretion. Responsible-gambling tools (limits, time-outs, self-exclusion) are available at the membership desk.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a booking or this site is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. The site is provided “as is” — while we keep information current, we do not warrant that every description, photograph or rate shown is error-free.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
