Rooms That Carry the Occasion
The Grand Ballroom runs a column-free 800 m² beneath a suspended glass field that catches every light cue. It splits into three salons for smaller programs, while the Sky Terrace, river lawn and private dining rooms cover everything from 20-guest dinners to 250-person receptions.
Every booking is assigned a producer — one person who owns your floor plan, menu, staging and run-sheet from first site visit to last dance. In-house AV, florals and a banquet kitchen that plated 40,000 covers last year mean nothing arrives late.

The Grand Ballroom seats 600 banquet-style or 900 for receptions. With the Sky Terrace and river lawn combined we stage events up to 1,200 guests across multiple spaces.
Peak Saturdays (Sep–Dec, Mar–May) book 6–12 months out. Midweek corporate events often confirm inside four weeks — send your date and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Extensively — ceremonies on the river lawn or ballroom, receptions under the chandelier field, a suite for the couple and room blocks for guests. Dedicated wedding collections start from A$24,000.
Preferred suppliers are welcome alongside ours — florists, celebrants, stylists and entertainers all get production access. AV and rigging stay in-house for safety and insurance.
